We have a 10 mins late policy/grace period on all piercing and tooth gem services. 5 mins late policy/grace period on jewelry changes, jewelry pickups and check-up appointments. If you arrive after the grace period we may have to reschedule you as we generally have clients back to back. We want to make sure everyone has a great experience and we have adequate time to do your piercings.
We require a deposit to secure ann appointment booking. The deposit amount will be applied towards the cost of your appointment. Please note that all deposits are nonrefundable, as we incur charges to reserve your time slot. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment if done so at least 24 hours in advance. If cancellation is necessary, your deposit will be credited to your account for future use, provided it is done 24 hours prior to your appointment. In the event of a no call/no show, the deposit will be retained by the piercer as compensation for their time. If you have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. If you are under the age of 18 you must have your parent with a Government issued ID or your legal guardian with your court guardianship paperwork. There are no exceptions. No grandparents, aunts, uncles, older brothers and sisters are not allowed to sign for under 18.

-If you book more than one appointment for yourself we will adjust the time accordingly, so please put in the notes if the appointment is for someone else.
When we are holding specials, it is required for appointments to be booked on the day of the special , unless otherwise specified that walk-ins will be allowed. Discounts cannot be stacked on top of each other. For example, if you have a special for a specific amount off then that would be on the full price Piercing, not an already discounted Peircing, like in Nipples and ears.
